  • ½ cup 105 g packed light brown sugar

  • ½ cup 113 g unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • ¼ cup 50 g granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

  • Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.

Combine Wet Ingredients:

  • In a separate bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Combine Mixtures:

  • Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Add Blueberries:

  • Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Pour into Pan:

  • Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
