Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk any variety
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted and cooled
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Mug: Lightly grease the inside of a microwave-safe mug with butter or oil.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In the mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Add the peanut butter, milk, sugar, vegetable oil, melted butter, and vanilla extract into the mug. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  • Add Chocolate Chips: Mix in the mini chocolate chips.
  • Microwave: Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Start with 1 minute, then check; continue to microwave in 15-second intervals if needed, until the cake is fully set and has risen.
  • Serve: Let the cake cool for a minute or two before enjoying.

Notes

❖ Microwave Wattage: The cooking time may vary depending on the wattage of your microwave. If your cake isn’t fully set after 1 minute, you can microwave it in 10-15 second intervals, checking each time. Make sure not to overcook it, as it can become dry.
