For the Bread Dough:
- 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese about 10 oz
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 ¼ cups almond flour fine-ground
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder optional
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese for filling and topping
For the Topping:
- 1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup fresh cilantro for serving
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp melted butter
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella and 2 oz cream cheese. Microwave for 30-45 seconds until melted, then stir until smooth.
