Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 10.5 oz angel food cake mix
  • 1 can 21 oz lemon pie filling
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease your 8×8-inch baking pan to prevent sticking. Spread the angel food cake mix evenly across the bottom of the pan, pressing it gently to create a firm base layer.
  • Open the can of lemon pie filling and spread it evenly over the cake mix layer. Make sure the filling covers the entire surface so each bar gets plenty of that bright lemon flavors.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden and the filling looks set. Let the bars cool completely in the pan. Once cool, dust the top generously with powdered sugar before cutting into squares.
