- 3 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons cold water slurry
- ¼ cup 1.76 ounces granulated sugar

- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ cups unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- 4 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups freeze-dried strawberries ground into fine powder
Prepare the Cake Batter:
