  • 1 teaspoon sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients: In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add wet ingredients: To the dry ingredients, add the milk, vegetable oil (or melted butter), vanilla extract, and vinegar. Stir until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.
