Instructions
Mixing the Batter
- Combine dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream wet ingredients: In a large bowl, beat together the sugar, mayonnaise, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
