For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
 

For the Cake:

  • ● Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan or use non-stick baking spray.
  • ● In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, instant pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • ● Pour the batter into the prepared bundt cake pan, spreading it evenly.
  • ● Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • ● In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
