- 1 Cup White Sugar 205 grams
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup Water 250 ml
