Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix about 15–16 oz
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
Instructions
- Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil or melted butter until smooth. If desired, stir in white chocolate chips or nuts.
- Drop small portions of dough onto the prepared sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each. Place in the oven for 10–12 minutes. Edges should be set while centers remain soft.
- Let cookies rest on the sheet for 5 minutes. Move them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
